Who needs an account, and how each type is created.
Talent don't need an account to get vetted — the CV upload form on the For Talent page creates a profile straight away with no login required. If you're later approved and want to manage your profile, staff can invite you to activate a login.
Companies get an account automatically the first time someone from the company picks a tier: the Subscribe page collects a company name, contact name, email, and password, and creates the account and company in one step. Joining a tier is free — there's no payment at signup. The only time a company pays is the flat hire fee, charged via Paystack once they actually hire someone.
Staff accounts are created internally (via the Django admin) and are only useful once assigned at least one dashboard Role — see 'Managing Roles & Permissions' if you're a staff member setting this up for a colleague.
